To realize our vision of empowering youth through educational experiences in STEM and ensure our programs continue to meet the evolving needs of our communities, in 2024 we engaged with SuperNOVA participants, educators, and community leaders through online and in-person surveys and direct engagements.

This collaborative approach helped us define four key strategic priorities that will guide our work moving forward: Partnerships, Educational Excellence, Internal Efficacy, and Identity & Communications.

Our 2025-2028 Strategic Plan will strengthen our commitment and expand STEM opportunities across Atlantic Canada.
